What We Do

Lacombe Health Trust raises funds to enhance healthcare in Lacombe and surrounding communities by supporting new equipment purchases and improvement projects that strengthen local care spaces.

We work to ensure donations are directed where they will do the most good, and we communicate with respect and transparency.

Our Promise To Donors

We know that giving is important to you. Whether you’re making a one-time gift, giving in memory or honour of someone, or planning a legacy gift, you deserve to be confident that your donation will be handled with care.

When you donate to Lacombe Health Trust, we’re committed to:

Taking every donor’s intent seriously and using funds responsibly.

Treating every donor and family with respect.

Being transparent and clear about what we fund and why.

Remaining local. Donations support healthcare enhancements in Lacombe.

Governance & Volunteers

Land Acknowledgement

We respectfully acknowledge that the Land on which we reside is on Treaty 6 territory and the Métis Nation of Alberta Region 3. This region is on the traditional home of the Ermineskin Cree Nation, Louis Bull Tribe, Montana First Nation, and Samson Cree Nation. This is also home to many urban Indigenous peoples, with rich histories and cultures. We honour and respect the history, languages, ceremonies, and cultures of the First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and Non-Status Indigenous Peoples whose presence and culture enrich our communities.

We respect the Treaties that were made on these territories, we acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past, and we dedicate ourselves to moving forward in partnership with Indigenous communities in a spirit of truth, reconciliation, and collaboration.
